Every year we have an Open Day and members enter flowers, vegetables and fruit for exhibiting & judging. The exhibits are sold to visitors afterwards and provide income for the Association. We're always on the lookout for folk who have some experience of judging and if, or someone you know might be interested, please let us know. This year our Annual Open Day takes place on the afternoon of Saturday 6th September 2025. Gates open at 2:30 pm with entry by donation and visitors can wander the Allotments and view the Plots. 1) Flower & Vegetable Showhut - all exhibits for sale after judging has taken place. 2) Stalls around the site. 3) Tearoom with homemade scones & cakes (£2.50). 4) Tortoise Town. 5) Vegetables (please bring your own bag if you might be buying something). 6) Raffle & Tombola. 7) Flowers & Plants, 8) Barbeque. 9) Bric a brac. A big thank you to everyone who came along to our open day yesterday. We appreciate your support, hope you enjoyed your visit and that you managed to pick up some of our produce or flowers which were being sold. Hopefully you found a space in our tearooms to relax and sampled our home baking. We'll be back again in 2026 for our next open day (although we can't promise the weather will be as kind!)
